Skill & Job Requirements: Should have in-depth understanding of resourcing and operations functions at organization level Participates in annual and strategic planning for resourcing and operations functions at a organization level Primarily responsible to monitor and keep utilization, bulge and all operations related parameters within prescribed organization norm Should be responsible to guide and help operations team to reach optimal efficiency Should be able to develop and institutionalize best practices at organization level to improve operational efficiency Should be able to represent UTS in external forums and customer interactions

Database operational support for a diverse portfolio of Windows and Unix based applications utilizing Oracle and SQL databases. Business Analysis, Business Intellegence, Reporting, Specification, Design, Estimating, of Oracle and SQL databases supporting break fix and enhancement activities of existing legacy and new applications. Majority of work will be in support of baseline day to day operations with up to 25% project work load.
